Totally unprofessional group, especially the President. I signed up for a tree removal service (which I confirmed via email was a go on 3/31/2018). They said it would be a few weeks before they came out. Well a few weeks went by and no call. One of the trees I needed taken down was blown at a 60 degree angle by a storm and was threatening to fall on the house, so I clearly needed this tree down as soon as possible. After several weeks of no call, I called them and asked when they would come. I was told "a few weeks". Another few weeks go by... still no call. Again I called and asked if when they are coming... "a month" now.. I wait a month.. STILL no call... So I call AND send an email asking if/when they plan to do the tree removal. I then get an email back from the President (email was NOT meant to be sent to me), which said I never called them. It was clear the email was not meant for my eyes the way it was written. Very unprofessional to send that sort of email to a customer. Secondly he followed it up with another email indicated he never got a response from me since the time they sent the proposal. This was false, since about a week after I got the proposal I sent in my email confirmation to go ahead with the project. The President sent me a follow up email basically calling me a liar and saying I never called them... which is flat out false. I have a tree threatening to fall on my house and you seriously think I wouldn't call to check up on when you would be coming to remove it?!?! Instead of apologizing for THEIR error and sending out the service to remove the tree, he continued to argue with me over the point (still insisting I never made contact, when I have the email as proof I did)... at that point I said forget it and I'll hire someone more professional and responsive. Terrible service run by a terrible President with zero customer service skills.
