SCAMMER!!! Paul Darcy visited our home (my partner was 8 months pregnant at the time). We had water damage in our kitchen and Paul said he could do the renovation job. He asked for a $1,500 deposit to get the job started. A few days later, he returned with a so-called electrician named Kevin and stayed for less than 30 minutes. After that, he disappeared and stopped answering phone calls, texts, and emails. We hired a lawyer to investigate and take him to court. We have compiled evidence showing a clear pattern of fraudulent behavior, with multiple complaints to the state attorney's office and court cases against him. Scammer! We signed a contract and paid a deposit in April 2020. Shortly after, Paul disappeared - he hasn't returned any of our calls or the letter from my attorney. It is now 4 months later and still no contact from him. He has run away with our money. I am now filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office
