They misdiagnosed the extent of the problem and were significantly more expensive than other companies who I received estimates from.

They came out and put holes around the home. They put the bate down and the problem was solved. They also located the nest. I renewed for re monitoring but after three years I cancelled the service. I told them there was no need anymore. I later called because one of the caps installed, was ruined by my lawn mower. They said they were actually supposed to remove the caps after I cancelled the service. I told them they could come out to get them whenever, but I have yet to hear back. Overall, they resolved my problem and I would use them again.

I made the mistake of signing up for the yearly contract for $700. I had a mouse problems but the contract also included insect control.They used glue traps, bait and spring for the mice and some spraying for the insects. After a year of having their service I still have mice and insects. I thought they would inspect the outside of the house for places the mice etc. could enter. Everything they did could be very easily done by the homeowner. Save your money and do it yourself!!

They are very good about keeping the appointments and calling ahead. If there is a problem and if they need to reschedule, they will let me know very quickly and readily. If I am not at home, they will still do the work outside the house. I can call them later to reschedule for the work inside. I think they are very good that way. I think they are priced better than the local companies, but I do not know how to compare them to another national company. They are very professional, clean, and forthright in the way they do their work. I am very happy with them. They are very responsive and punctual, too. 

They are good. We are very satisfied with their work. We have just used them for termites for a few years now.

I would not advise anyone to use them.  I didn't find that they were professional.  I didn't find that they really knew what they were doing, when they should have.  They tried to convince me that I was having a problem with the mice, when I knew it was not mice.  It is just that they cannot accept anything beyond the mice.  They can take care of mice; but they cannot do anything about critters such as chipmunks and groundhog, anything like that.  My problem was with chipmunk because they don't deal with chipmunks, they said it was mice.  They tried to get me to sign a contract with them.  They came and did nothing except putting the mice trap.  I kept telling them I had already had mice traps.  My husband had dropped me out to make sure I kept control because mice might try to get in.  They insisted that it was mice, so they can keep the job and charge me all that money.  They come in every other month to set up more mice traps.  Now they know they never caught a mouse and never did anything.  I got all my deposits back.  They were supposed to give me 100% cash back, so they gave me.  They came three times in the last six months.  They came every other month.  They brought me more problems, and they did not help me in any way.
