I am very disappointed with their service. I have boiler for hot water and heating.
My hot water was not running continuously in my shower so called Norwood energy and service man showed up on time and he changing a mixing value in boiler without even paying attention to my issue and my actual issue didn't get solved at all but I got a bill for 150 $.
May be I am having issues in shower valve itself but they should have identified my issue instead of replacing the part which doesn't belong to my issue.
May be mixing value in boiler needs replacement but it was really not an issue as I was getting hot water everywhere else and it's the issue of valve in shower not in boiler.

The price was little high, but they did a superb job. It was a good experience with them. Over the years I have had problems with the burner and I changed the oil company to Mass Energy. They get me oil for below the average price. They assigned me Norwood Energy. At first I wasn’t too happy with them. They had a service manager who rubbed me the wrong side. However, over the time they have done such good job on the burner that I have to rate them high. Their oil deliveries have been on time and the price has been good.
