I have been using NE pool for years and the store is run very professionally. Their service crew who regularly cane to my house is good as well, but their service schedulers are horrible. Numerous times I would call after no one showed up to do service only for them to tell me they wouldn't be coming until the next day or two. No communication unless initiated by me. The most recent service appointment I had scheduled I was called the morning of the appointment. A very rude man told me they wouldn't be coming because I didn't dig up my concrete pool deck, which was never even asked of me. He then proceeded to tell me to find another pool company and cursed at me. This is by far the worst phone etiquette I have ever experienced in my life. I have since moved on to another company. I do not suggest New England Pools service work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have never written a bad review on anyone until now. This company Came to close pool for winter. It was the Most unprofessional and shocking behavior I have ever personally experienced by anyone in my life. I had questions for them , and made a special trip home from work, since I had never used this company before and had issues previously with my pool. During my five minute interaction with them, One of the workers begins swearing at me and berating me, claiming they know how to do their jobs and walks away. Called the company to get some resolve to no avail. Made no attempt to make it right with me. Hence, this review. Apparently they do not care about the power of the review and word of mouth. Needless to say I will never use them again and will tell everyone to steer clear. No one needs to be treated like that, let alone by someone whom you are paying to provide a service.

Absolutely the least professional company I have ever dealt with. Had them out for the third time today - waited all day for them to show up to look at the pool heater. They came, replaced the pressure gauge, backwashed and left - never rang the doorbell - never looked at the heater. Now I would have to pay another $100 service call to get them back out here to actually look at the heater. Ridiculous.

New England Pool & Spa Service Inc. is supposed to fix things too, but when they came to open the pool this year they couldn't find the grid. Well they couldn't find the grid because it was where they left it the fall before. That led to them coming out a second time. Last Friday they were here to work on the pool heater, but they couldn't finding it, it is located right next to the pool where they installed it. That led to them coming out a second time again. In years past, every time they came to open my pool, there was a 500 dollar part that went bad for 3 years in a row. They didn't have that this year. They are morons when they can't find the pool heater that is located right next to the pool and overall I am not happy with them.

I needed parts for my filter. The one guy working there was able to get almost everything I needed. The part he diidn't have, he searched high and low and even let me go thru his parts room to try to find it. He found a used part that would work for me, and refused to take any money for it. They are a long drive for me to get there but, you cant find this good of service in to many places. A+A+

There were 2 issues. They sent out 2 workers, an older guy and a younger guy. The older guy was irritable to the point that I was scared to be near him. The younger guy was very calm and had to keep the older guy calmed down. I didn't feel safe. They lost a handle to a valve, and my husband called about it many times, but they never called back. They also left the filter running.

We originally had bought our hot tub from New England Spas several years ago and had been happy with their service. When the hot tub recently kept turning off without reason, we did some investigation and believed the problem to be a faulty temperature sensor. We called and scheduled an appointment with them for the following week. The service technician came out without us needing to be there and did all the work earlier than expected. He only charged us transportation cost as the hot tub had just gone off warranty the week before. We were extremely happy with the whole process from scheduling the appointment to them coming and performing the work.

The gentleman did great. He was there at the time he said. He had to leave to get a part and wasn't gone long and had it repaired in no time. He was very polite and knowledgeable on repairing the pump.
