They are quite good. It was fine. They responded to my questions and the lady doctor seemed familiar with how to handle the problems that I got. I was put through some test and everything seem to go quite well. They do very well.

Very thorough and informative. A few years back, I had a retinal tear which they treated immediately in the office. They set up an appointment at Mass Eye and Ear for the same day and I went in and got treatment right away. They were all very professional and extremely helpful. All the staff has been great! My insurance took care of most of the cost at the time, but I think they would be a bit higher priced than others, however their level of expertise is well worth the difference.

The office admin dropped the ball and left me sitting for 30+ minutes. But the Dr. handled my complaint promptly and rectified the process and had the good manners to apolgize promptly. It would be nice if they didn't shut down for a lunch break and be unaccessible to customers.

They monitor my eyes and keep testing my eye sight. They do what I feel they need to do. They have always done well. I use Dr. Ho and I have been seeing her for about 10 years.

We made an appointment for my son's annual eye appointment. His usual doctor did not have any openings except during school hours so we decided to try someone new. I called his pediatrician and they recommended Eye Associates in Norwood. It's not too far from us and they had convenient times available with Dr. Kozak. She is an O.D. and not an M.D. which is usually the type of doctor my son sees. I checked what the differences are in the two types of clinicians and felt confident about her credentials.
We arrived on time, completed the paperwork and waited a short time to see Dr. Kozak. She spent an appropriate amount of time with us, answered all questions, did not rush us and did a very thorough and hands on exam. My son has some learning disabilities and sensory issues and the annual eye exam can be somewhat challenging for him. He felt very comfortable with the doctor and she was kind and patient with him. I would recommend her and am going to see her myself for my next exam.

The doctor was very experienced. He tested and prescribed me to use glasses at least while driving at night. He was kind and good at explaining things. I explained my worries about using more smartphones and tablets could hurt the eye. He said not to worry about them and he uses them too. The session was comfortable and he was very patient in listening and answering all my questions.

They take the time to explain their services and give plenty of options.

Dr Kozak was very good and did a great job with the eye exam. The appointment scheduling went smoothly. The office is nice. There's a glasses boutique where you can try on some glasses while you wait. It's a little pricey to buy glasses there, but I was very pleased with the service when I did. My glasses are very nice and I was able to use my FSA account funds. The front-desk staff was a little cold, but they were not rude. They seamed to just mean business.

They're good. So far I have found them to be reliable, available and knowledgeable. Their availability is good. I've never had an ophthalmologist who was on time and punctual. The effectiveness of their treatment is still questionable. The billing and administration is fine. I will use them again in the future.

My experience at this facility was excellent. I have been going here for years, and the staff is friendly. I will continue to use this office's services.
