Just had a great experience with Saun Keady, the owner. He not only conducted a full house inspection, but educated me on the entire process. If I have any issues, from bugs, to bats, to flying squirrels, I'm calling Keady!

It was excellent. One person came out, he was efficient, personable and prompt. It took him 20 minutes. He was really responsive to my needs.

His name is scott. He is fabulous. He's taken care of all the bugs and bees.

The Mouse Problem is of course on-going as is common in old houses. Shaun keeps the Problem under control and keeps us up to date on all the 'latest' pest control developments. We always get outstanding customer service from the office as well.

Shawn was outstanding from the first call until the job was done. Terry on the phones was also excellent to deal with, keeping me informed throughout the entire process and providing advance notice.
The impressive thing about Shawn is that he is very determined to offer services of the highest quality. Great deal of integrity, which isn't always easy to find. The cost was also reasonable for the work performed. I highly recommend Keady pest control to anyone in need of these services.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done when they said they would. What stood out to me came down to the knowledge ability of the guy and the price. The price seemed like a good price based on the size of the area.

When I called Keady, they were very responsive. They came out within a couple of days to deal with a rodent that I had seen in the house. Since I am scared to death of little creatures that aren't supposed to be in my house, I did not want to know any details. So, Dennis, the exterminator, spoke with my husband about the details. I just made the call and gave him a check. Both my husband and I thought he was very professional, unlike another exterminating company we had years ago to take care of an ant problem. So far, the problem seems to be under control. Dennis came back several times to assure us that he had taken care of the problem. It was a $250 well spent, as far as I'm concerned.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The staff was on-time, professional, and explained things thoroughly. It was easy to get an appointment when we needed it. We would recommend Keady and we will be using them again as yearly follow-up for our problem.

They came out the day after I called. Did a one shot deal. They were certain I wouldn't have a problem I haven't had a problem. The service provider is coming out this Thursday to protect against ants.

Very well. He did not charge us for an inspection - which I'm sure some people would do. He was prompt and courteous and answered all our questions about termites and termite treatment. The day they did the treatment, they worked quickly and with little disturbance at all. They cleaned up after themselves and were very prompt too.

It went very well. Shawn arrived on time and they got to work right away. When finished, the ground around the house looked just the same as it did before they started. The price I ended up paying was the same as the quote they had given to me at the start. They provide a warranty on their work and stand behind their services. They are easy to contact and very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for termite or pest control.

I did not get them from Angie's List. It was actually a local company where I lived. I used them just the one time when I bought my house. They did the whole rod thing around the house, the whole shebang. Now that I am thinking about it, I probably should call them back. I didn't have to wait long at all. They were pretty responsive. I don't remember if they were on time.

They did a great job. They did what they said they would do. We had a slight problem and they came back and took care of it too. They were reasonably priced and our overall experience with them has been good.

What I liked about the technician who came out was that he explained everything what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was prompt in the time that he came here. He even came here on a Sunday to start the work and then finished it during the week. I liked his honesty. He was professional. However, I think I can probably get it done for a cheaper price.
