The work was done as quoted and was done well. Several quotes were received and Jacobs price was the best for identical work..However scheduling was difficult as the company was slow to respond to calls and did not show up when scheduled on a couple of occasions. Completion of the job was delayed due to slow response time. It was completed only after I made an angry threatening call. Once completed I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

We were happy to see Mike, from JC Jacobs, arrive, as he had been the plumber who had done the prior job. In short order, he determined that the leak had been caused by a prior carpentry contractor, who, when installing baseboard, in the bathroom above the basement bathroom, a YEAR ago, had punctured a waterpipe, with a nail gun. Mike explained that the nail itself had filled the hole, in the pipe, preventing a leak, until the nail tip corroded off, over time. He replaced the piece of pipe, with the hole in it, and had the water running in no time.

Corrected the problem and is still ok.

Their responsiveness. I know that when I call, they can usually get somebody out that day or you know by the next morning. And there pricing is fair

They actually were able to fix the problem that had been on going in that house. It was something that. The house is new and they were able to overcome any problems the previous owners had had.

We just moved to a new house and have had JC Jacobs over twice now to help us with various issues with our new home.  Our first visit was to help us determine the cause of a water stain on our ceiling, our lack of hot water, and an issue with the water not dispensing on our new fridge.  The second time they came, they installed a dishwasher, installed water hammer arresters for our new washing machine, and reviewed the water pressure at our home to determine if we needed to install a new water pressure regulator.  We had two different individuals come, and both times they've demonstrated that they are incredibly prompt, reliable, and skilled.  The first time, they dispensed a person the morning after we called.  They are definitely the only plumbers we'll rely on going forward.

They are efficient, they know what they are doing and are very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

All went well, work done on 3 days October - December, 2013, not sure of exact dates.

Installed new boiler for me as I converted from oil to gas. They were professional, prompt and efficient. Won't hesitate to use for future jobs!

These guys are excellent. We have used them for 10 years for a variety of needs: replace hot water heater, install dishwasher, fix broken pipe, relight boiler pilot light, and other projects large and small. They are quick to respond and in some cases can even come out the same day for non-emergency tasks. Their employees are all friendly. The two guys that have done most of the work at our house are very professional. I wish I could hire them to do my electrical and yard work!

After getting new floors installed, I needed the gas stove and toilet re-installed. Since they were going to be there, I had 2 other things that needed to be repaired -t he tub drain and an outdoor spiket,. They came when they said they would; were even a little early. Performed the job efficiently. They were than courteous and helpful.. They were very responsive.
The night of re-install there was an issue with the toilet leaking. I left a message. They called me back first thing the next am and came and resolved the issue.

Came home after work to a very cold house. Called the main number and got an after hours answering service. Received a call back first thing in the AM, and was told that someone would be by in a few hours. Truck showed up a little after 2 hours later, and came in to inspect the furnace. Needed a new thermocouple as the pilot went out, and could not stay lit. They fixed the furnace very quickly, and also assured that the heat was working properly before leaving. They did suggest monitoring my pump on the furnace as the heat was not getting transferred around the house as fast as expected.
Very nice guys, showed me all the ins and outs of the furnace. One thing that was a bit odd was during the whole process, I was never quoted a price to do the work. Received a bill a week or so later for the charges, and luckly was not too expensive.
I only went with them due to my furnace being installed by them, and I am a new homeowner. I was pleased I called them, and would call again if I have issues with the furnace or require service maintenance of the system.

We have come to rely on JC Jacobs quite a bit since moving into our house 5 years ago. They have always been very responsive to our minor plumbing issues (such as clogs) and major issues (ejector pumps) and always offer ways to prevent the issue going forward. We have a challenging plumbing situation in that we are below street level. We have an ejector pump that has failed twice in the past five years due to our unique situation. JC Jacobs replaced the pump twice and has taught us quite a bit about managing the situation and what to watch for.

Service is always top-rate, as is quality of work. Responsive, reliable and great follow-up. An excellent company that practices superb customer service.

Different plumbers came each time, and all of them have been extremely pleasant, neat and knowledgeable. We will be using them again.

The tech from the company was very thorough and didn't leave me with any further issues. He replaced worn out valves and reduced the temp on the furnace as he was saying that it was set a little high. He educated me on some heating system points of interest and so far, my furnace is working really well. The system is 18 years old too.

They were on time, nice people and let the home clean, like they hadn’t even been there.

When I called them and told the problem they said someone would be out in the next day or two and they called back 20 minutes later and said someone was on their way even though it was not emergency.
