Steve was prompt returning my original phone call. He immediately came out to my house to see what I wanted done. He offered to do the job for a very reasonable price. When the solar caps came in, Steve, promptly came back to my house and installed 20 solar caps. He was professional, efficient and neat, did a great job.

The service turned out just fine. He is very professional. He tends to be priced higher than normal as he will charge for travel time. The work however was excellent. I recommended him to one of my neighbors and he did a really nice job doing tile work for a backsplash for them. They were very happy with the work.

The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. The guy was very good when he came out initially and he said he was professional as I had mentioned getting blown off by other service providers. He ended up being late and he ended up being at my home for less than 8 hours which he was supposed to work. The work was very clean and neat. He cleaned up after himself as well. The work was good but I felt like the charge was way too much on a per hour basis and I have not used him again. It was a surprise that he was late as I had expressed concern about this during the estimate.

He does light electrical work, but doesn?t put in new wires or anything like that. He does a lot of carpentry stuff. Though he was highly allergic to the dust, he swept my garage and it was very nice of him. He is very good, and he did everything for me. I have had him do work for me before. He is busy, so I have to wait for 1-2 weeks for him. He is prompt and very much worth the wait. He is friendly and polite unlike many other handymen.

THE CONTRACTOR SAID THIS WORK WOULD TAKE 1 DAY, BUT WAS WILLING TO DO IT OVER 2 DAYS (FIRST 3 ROOMS, THEN 2 ROOMS) BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SPLIT IT UP. HE UNDERESTIMATED THE TIME AND IT ENDED UP TAKING 4 DAYS TO DO THE FIRST PART, AND THEN RENEGED ON THE CONTRACT TO COME BACK TO DO THE REST. THIS WAS AFTER WE PAID 2/3 OF THE CONTRACTED PRICE. WHEN HE CALLED TO CANCEL ON US, WE SAID THAT WE WERE UNHAPPY AND THAT WE WOULD NOT BE GIVING HIM POSITIVE REVIEWS. HE THEN MENTIONED THAT WE WOULDN'T WANT TO DO THAT BECAUSE WE WOULDN'T WANT TO BE OPEN TO A LIBEL SUIT. WE FELT THE WORK WAS POOR OVERALL. THE BASEBOARDS DIDN'T TOUCH THE GROUND IN MANY PLACES BECAUSE HE MEASURED THE NECESSARY HEIGHT WRONG. HE DIDN'T MITER CUT THE CORNERS. MANY JOINTS DID NOT LINE UP. WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME WORKING WITH HIM. HE SEEMED TO GET VERY DEFENSIVE WHEN WE MENTIONED PROBLEMS, AND IT WAS HARD TO GET HIM TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE FIRST PART OF THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
