Jeff did a superb job of replacing and installing a new smart wifi thermostat at my house. This required locating and attaching a low voltage C-wire for constant current from the air handler in the basement to the thermostat on the first floor. It also required checking the settings for the air conditioner and heating from the oil burner. The new thermostat has been working flawlessly From the moment I contacted Jeff he was always accessible. He arrived on time and finished the job sooner than expected Jeff is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Jeff and would certainly hire him for future projects.

We had used the services of Jeff before and knew the caliber of work he performed. We placed a call early one morning and left word on Jeff's answering service. We quickly received a reply- wherein we discussed the problem, and set a date and time for the appointment. Jeff arrived on time, knew the likelihood of the problem, but tried various tests to insure the problem was as he suspected. He showed us the steps he went through and recommended a solution. In addition, since this is a 60 year old home, and several modifications have been made over the years, we needed to have the electrical circuits throughout the home identified. Jeff patiently went through every room on all three floors and identified each circuit and then labeled them on the three electrical panels. We also had a problem with our outdoor lighting system. Jeff found the system was triggered by a photosensor, which automatically comes on at dark and turns off at daylight. Jeff diagnosed the problem, fixed it and tested it to see that it operated properly. I highly recommend Jeff Gromada for any electrical work- regardless odf the complexity or the scope of the task.

I wasn't too happy with them. They came out, took a look at what I wanted them to do and did a little bit of work but didn't do what I'd originally hired them for. Scheduling and him showing up was not a problem but he didn't provide the service I was looking for.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They were very responsive and I was satisfied with their service. I had the service done about a week after I purchased the Big Deal. I really liked the fact that they were on time. I did not find anything that was unpleasant about their performance and work at my location. I have no complaints. Their price was reasonable for what is going on in the market right now and in relation to the services they provided.

Jeff answered our questions, described options and made recommendations when asked.
He worked over the weekend; arrived on time; completed the job ahead of schedule and within the cost estimate he gave us for the work. Looking closely one recognizes an excellent end product. All phone lines and relevant wiring are neatly labeled
and the work is clean and neat.
Jeff is a true professional: who I would recommend without reservation.

They did a fabulous job. He is a small company and he used to work in a small building years ago before he was licensed. And then he got his license and for what I understand, he's never even did a bit of advertising the whole time he has been in business because people just refer him. His price is incredibly fair. He told me what to buy at Home Depot. I bought it and he came in and installed it. He does a lot of work with a lot of people in my building and they are very happy with him.

One assumes that tradespeople offer the Deals because they are trying to drum up business, but one hopes that the purchaser will have the choice of whether to purchase additional work from them. We were disappointed that this electrician did more work than was covered by the Deal and billed us at a very high hourly rate for the surplus. I wish he would have given us an estimate of what the additional work would be, so that we would have had a choice whether or not to hire him for it. (in fact, we have since found an electrician with a much lower hourly rate.)

Jeff was thorough, efficient, and very professional.

He was not only on time, he was even a bit early. We'd scheduled for a Saturday, as he is in Norwood and I'm in Marlborough, so he had quite a distance to cover. He got things done promptly and the quality of the work was very good. I'd use him again.
It took a while to catch up with him initially. I gather that he'd gotten a lot of business via his Angie's List offer, and he got a bit overloaded, but once I did reach him, he was very agreeable and I had little trouble scheduling a visit.

The guy was on time, explained things in detail, was polite to work with, and the work was done well. I enjoyed the services.

Jeff was very responsive and was upfront and cost and options. He solved a problem that abigger, more expensive electrical companny never solved!

A++ work. Jeff's work is very professional, his prices are extremely affordable, and he is one of the most honest contractor's I've ever hired. While installing grounding rods outside today he found a watch --my wife had lost it a few months ago. When Jeff gave me the watch and asked if my wife had lost it, and I said I didn't know, he said that it was ours to keep anyways because he found it on our property. Reminds me of the very first time I hired him, when we first moved into this house, and he found an envelope with cash in it (left behind by previous owners)--and he gave it to me. I trust him and his work and would recommend him to anyone.

I think very highly of Jeff Gromada. My wife and I have used him for virtually all of our electrical work in the past year, ever since he was highly recommended to me. Every time he does top quality work at very fair prices. I will continue to use him for any work that comes up in the future and to recommend him to anyone in need of a good, honest electrician.

I can't say enough good things about Jeff. Found him through Angie's List, and he responded to my inquiry on the very same day, came out on a weekend, and was friendly and professional during his visit. He even took the time to explain why the ceiling light malfunctioned. I would hire him again without hesitation.

I purchased 2 hours of service through an Angie's List special promotion. Jeff ended up coming out on a Sunday, which was GREAT for us. He was very professional, and knew what he was doing. He was able to come up with some creative solutions to a few problems we were having. I will definitely be using him again.
