SALESMAN CAME TO THE HOUSE, MEASURED AREA WHERE WE WANTED A RUNNER PLACED. OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ABOUT OUR OPTIONS (SIZE, RUG FIBRE CONTENT). ALLOWED US TO BORROW AS MANY SAMPLES AS NEEDED UNTIL WE DECIDED. ALLOWED US TO BRING HOME RUGS TO TRY OUT, AND RETURN WITHOUT CHARGE IF THE RUG WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE FOR US. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
