I needed to replace the belt on a Sanitaire Upright Commercial vacuum cleaner I use daily for work. I contacted the Sanitaire company directly and was told that they did not have a belt for my particular vacuum as it is an older model. They went on to suggest checking with some businesses close to my zip code, but neither business they suggested was remotely close to my area, so I went online to see if I could find a belt elsewhere. The first name to pop up after hitting search was eVacuumStore.com. As I did not know the part # for the specific belt I needed, I just searched for belts for Sanitaire Commercial Upright vacuums and got a hit. The belt in the picture looked like the one I needed, but I wanted to be sure, so I submitted a question via their webpage asking if this belt would fit my specific vacuum. In the meantime, I also did a live chat asking the same question and received an answer almost immediately. I was told the belt they had would fit my vacuum. I took a chance and went ahead and ordered the belt. I ordered 4 belts since they were only $ .75 apiece and there was a 10% discount available too! In the end, with the 10% discount, I ended up paying around $7 for everything (the 4 belts, shipping and handling, and tax). I placed my order on January 31, 2021, and received my order in the mail on Monday, February 8, 2021. In conclusion, my experience with eVacuumStore.com was a good one and I would recommend their services. The ordering process was simple and easy, their customer support services were professional and quick and the product itself did fit my vacuum and was of good quality. The only thing I might complain about was the amount of time it took to receive my item, but with Covid 19 still around I understand the delay.

I purchased k95 masks(10 pack) from eVacuumStore and used my first mask from them last week. The string on the very first mask I put on broke off and I did not even stretch it more than necessary to put it around by ear. This happened when I was going into a Home Depot store so the mask was completely useless. These masks are poor quality. I contacted eVacuumStore via email but they never bothered to respond. I purchased a vacuum from eVacuumStore in the past but I will never buy from them again because of their poor customer service and the poor quality of the k95 masks I Purchaed from them.

Had part and was able to order in like 2 min. Very knowledgeable about parts. Could not find part anywhere else but this store had it. Great experience and very happy with result.
