They come two to three times a year and they are excellent. They are extremely reliable and punctual. Their treatment has been very successful and I really like the people who come. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

EHS responded immediately. They inspected our home and proposed a treatment plan. They were prompt, professional and explained their approach to pest control. We struggled to rid our home of the ants ourselves for almost 2 months trying various natural non toxic methods- to no avail- wish we had called them sooner. This was money well spent and I wont hesitate to call EHS again. We never seek to solve a problem with chemicals but the thoughtful approach offered by EHS bas resolved our problem.

It went very well. We had to reschedule the appointment because they were unable to come during the original time window, but they rescheduled a few days later. The appointment was late in the day when the yellow jackets were in their nest. The technician (Daniel) was polite, professional and luckily very competent. The nest was in a place that was very difficult to access. He sprayed and sprayed the place where they were going in and out of their nest. They flowed out - lots of them. He let them settle down and sprayed more. Finally he raised the garage door far enough to be able to see the nest and removed it along with the eggs. Then he dusted the area, actually a lot more than the area. I checked today in the daylight and it all looks good. The carpenter ant treatment was done around the outside perimeter of the garage. I have used EHS in the past and will use them again. They use environmentally friendly sprays and are cooperative and professional.

Amazing — they focus on exclusion of pests and not only their extermination. They really analyze your home to make sure they plug any holes pests can come in.

Shane did a visual inspection and assessment of a rat problem on my property caused by improper trash containment on an adjacent property. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave me a few suggestions for dealing with the problem on my side of the fence, but made clear that a permanent solution lies with my neighbor's adherence to sanitary code. He did not pressure me to hire EHS immediately, leaving me with the intention of calling them in at a later date, if the problem with my neighbor cannot be resolved.

They did a thorough review of the house including going into places that had many cobwebs. The inspector said that he was going to order concrete work to be done and that they don't just lay down traps like other pest control places. The work that was offered for the expensive pest control seemed worth it. However, when the techs came to do the work, they didn't offer any concrete services and just put in stuff it in the holes - and some of the foundation holes were too big for stuff it to work. I had to call and ask for the work I was told would happen. They did come out and do the work but I was disappointed that it wasn't automatic. The did a quarterly inspection just recently. I was told the up front cost was all I needed for the year but then they charged me another $108 for the quarterly inspection. I believe in integrated pest management and think EHS does a good job of it but you have to be an advocate for yourself to get it done.

They were good. When they spray, they didn’t have to spray inside which is good. They only had to spray outside. They got rid of all of the ants that were in the house. The part they used was pet friendly, because we have a dog, and that was important.

I had problems with their sending an incorrect bill and with a delay by one week. I had to email them to remind them that service had not been done that week. They apologized. One week was missed, but service was extended by another week, so total of 4 visits were made as contracted.

We had a rodent issue and they very professionally dealt with it. We have a service contract with them, they are very good. I think I found them through Angie's list. I have a service contract which is just over $500 a year. They don't use any chemicals inside my home and they don't do anything with my lawn they just treat the outside. They use herbicides they don't use any pesticides.

Punctual and methodical services. Representative was very informative and thorough. Price and warranty for the squirrel removal and sealing of entrances was much better than several other businesses that I had received estimates from. Would definitely use and recommend EHS again.

We started using EHS in 2008 for carpenter ant treatment and were regular customers until recently. Service quality at our residence started to decline around 2015. For some reason, they missed treating our house in 2015. I should have kept a closer eye on their service calls, but it wasn't necessary in the prior 8 years. When I noticed this lapse in 2016, EHS came out in early summer and treated the house without an additional charge. It's now May 2017 and I simply want to renew our ant treatment plan. We used to pay $210 a year, but now EHS has quoted me a one time fee of $348 with 4 payments of $108. The increased cost is because the billing system shows us as a "new" customer. We are a "new" customer because we didn't pay for 2016 due to the missed treatment in 2015. Also, EHS is trying to upsell me and told me they only offer full pest treatment plans now, instead of the ant-only treatment plan we had for the last 10 years. The cost for 2017 would be $764 vs $210 that we used to pay. After calling back, they did offer me an ant-only treatment plan and waived the one time fee. The cost for 2017 would be $432 vs $210 that we used to pay. I don't understand why they would treat a loyal customer this way. I guess it's time to shop elsewhere.
