Done right plumbing and heating

Done Right plumbing came out to our place after business hours on a very cold Friday night in February when our tenant couldn't get the water to come on. Jason was able to figure out what the problem was and fix our plumbing/frozen pipe situation before we had a bigger emergency on our hands. I'm so grateful I found someone so responsive and reliable given the circumstances. Highly recommend.

My basement suffered catastrophic water damage due to a major flooding.I never thought in a million years it would be able to be repaired .I was under financial and emotional stress thinking my basement and all the pipework was going to be a total loss.I even thought the repair work would be too expensive..A friend of mine recommended Done right plumbing.I called and explained my situation soonthereafter plumber,Jason showed up with a compassionate smile,on time,and willing and eager to repair my basement.He assured me it was a big job and he was very eager and willing to help.Not only did Plumber,Jason itemize and explain everything in detail that needed to be done he was extremely affordable and finished the job in less than the estimated time.He was punctual everyday,genuine,trustworthy,and left my basement so neat after he was finished.I highly recommend him to family,friends and anyone who is in a catastrophic plumbing situation..Thank you Jason at Done Right Plumbing!!

Exceptional. My Moms water heater didn't work right all year in 2017. We had a plumber out a number of times and she continues to have the same problem. Though the themostat was pushed up high, heat was NOT reaching the second floor. Jason took the time, more than necessary really, and not only took the time to figure out and SOLVE the problem. But he took the time to TEST IT REPEATEDLY. He TRIED to get it to fail. It didn't. My Mom is older and is cold all the time and knowing she has a reliable PERSON and a reliable heating system now gives me huge peace of mind. I'd recommend him to anyone for themselves and especially for someone you care about knowing they are going to be taken care of. He's not just thorough but even checked in a few days later to confirm his work. Who does that anymore!! Exceptional person, exception service, highly recommended!

Jay at Done Right Plumbing and Heating was great. He was polite, courteous, clean, professional and best of all...didn't try to rip me off. The faucet looks and works great....there was no mess left behind and he was done quickly. I'd definitely recommend him to others and will be using him as my plumber going forward.

Jason was very prompt and timely. I called him last minute and he was able to come right out and give me an estimate. He did the work when promised for the price he quoted me. He was very professional as well.
