Very poor quality. I have an unlimited plan with them and I have got to say that the quality of the cleaning they do is really marginal. I come from CA and a car culture and my family used to own a very busy car wash in Ventura so I know how picky clients can be but their work leaves a lot to be desired. Even with their most expense wash, my car is never clean. Just back from a wash now, inside windows are dirty, the dash is still dusty, there is obvious dirt on the trunk, the door jams are still dirty, etc. I have tried a couple of times to speak to the boss man on the clearing line but nothing changes. Going to cancel my wash plan and look elsewhere.

As far as car washes go, I have to say that their car washes are pretty involved. First you head around back to enter facility where you hand the car off to the vacuum guys. They quickly pulled all the car mats out and hit every inch of carpet with a vacuum. In about a minute they pulled the car into wash tunnel and no sooner then the last drop hits the rear bumper, a team of towel guys start drying the exterior. A few others start cleaning the interior windows. All said it done, it's the most car wash you can get for the money. If you get there when the lines are short you can be in and out in about 10 minutes.

After being covered with grime from the nastiness of winter I decided to come here and finally have my car washed. I don't think I have seen it this clean since it was new. Great job guys

Pleasant, courteous service from the time my car was handed over to the fellow---the cashier was pleasant and courteous and when I picked up the car--that fellow had a great smile as he finished up my car .(for other details see above note)
