These guys are really unprofessional. I would recommend looking elsewhere. We made an appointment online, was greeted and took a test drive with two cars. Our sales person was amazing but the Business Manager, Ian Merril acted unprofessionally. We walked in, knowing the price set on the website and wanting to negotiate a sale today. Our sales person helped us find the right car and begun the normal back and forth. After asking us for a price, the Business Manager, Ian Merril, came out from his office and just told us to leave. No, renegotiation, nothing. Not to mention, the price they gave us was $2000 more than what the exact same car is listed online on THEIR WEBSITE!

They did a oil change, rotation and a little brake work. They have been nothing but courteous.   

Its easy to get a appointment, open seven days a week. They have a greeter at the door that checks you in and takes your keys. They work hard to be sure you are treated politely. Ask you to fill out a review card each visit.

I think they are way overpriced. They have a nice waiting room there, which is nice. It has a big screen TV. they also have a little cafeteria, like a little grill, where they can make and sell things as well as coffee and soft drinks, which is kind of nice if you are going to be there for a while. So, those things are good.

I brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna AWD in for a state inspection . I made an appt and showed up on time . When I arrived, the service advisor did not acknowledge me for a good 10 minutes . And when he did, he didn't even ask if I had an appt. He just blurted out that my car will not pass the inspection because I will need new tires. At the same time, the "advisor trainee" nearby said to me "those tires look fine to me" , which I whole heartedly agree. These are my 2nd set of tires and I've put less than 15k miles on them since I replaced the original ones. The advisor then gave me a quote for $1200. I thanked him and went straight to the Route One body shop next door who btw, passed me and gave me the sticker with no comments on anything whatsoever. I will never go back to Boch Toyota because they tried to rip me off.

I started very preliminary research through the Costco auto program to look at used cars for my son. Basically, I just wanted to know what dealerships Costco uses for their program, and what the inventory looked like at the dealers. (Turns out you can't find out inventory online anyway so that was pointless(.

However..minutes after starting this I received a sales call from Boch Toyota! I never gave them any contact info so they must have extracted it through my Costco membership. This was an unwanted intrusion and I will never use this dealer, or the Costco auto program, again. Take note Boch Toyota: most people don't like pushy sales people calling them at home when they are simply trying to do online research.

Also went to Boch South to look for a vehicle. Here I was treated like a naive female. Pushy sales people. Was told I did not qualify for a certain interest rate when I was approved for at Boch Norwood ! Went to Tufankjian in Braintree. Much better experience. Lesson learned...Car salespeople need to be watched and not trusted anywhere.

I have used Boch Toyota for servicing my car and I have been happy overall. I am confident that I am talking to reliable service technicians, and if I have any concerns, I can always go back and they will take care of it for me. I also liked the fact that they would drop off and pick up from any train station near by or home.

I had an appointment for routine service. Service advisor gave me an approximate wait time of one hour. Work was completed within 10 minutes of the time estimated. Advisor went over the work performed and the itemized status of each item on the multi point checklist. They were thorough and efficient.
