Great. I got bids from four contractors and Charlie from B&D was by far the most helpful in terms of spec-ing the system and recommending locations for the outside units and interior heads, and B&D also bid the best price. It's a family business, over 35 years experience. Their crew did a great job installing two units with three heads each in a day and one-half. No hassles, nice guys, very neat job. What a relief to have A/C! Mary (in their office) quite helpful with scheduling, paperwork, and applying for rebates. Note: price below is before rebates and tax savings. PS: B&D is an Elite level Fujitsu installer -- that's how I found them, on the Fujitsu site -- which means they have top level training and number of installs, and it means their clients get a twelve year warranty on the equipment instead of the usual three (I think) years.
