+ -1 moreThis company lets you have the bouncy house for the entire weekend which is great. Dropped off Friday morning and picked it up Monday morning. Customer service is absolutely terrible. We had a problem with the motor for the bouncy house on Sunday and it would not inflate. Had to call the company multiple times to get a response. When I did, the manager told me that he had run the pump for a few hours and it was fine. He chose not to believe me even though we had 20+ guests who can attest to the terrible sound the pump was making. He was extremely rude and asked, "What would you like me to do??" Again, the rental period is great. Just hope you do not have a problem as they could care less about their customers.
Description of Work: We rented a bouncy house for our daughters 5th birthday.

+ -1 moreOn the day of the event, the items arrived 3 hours later that when I requested them. The items were of no use to me at the time of delivery. I refused the delivery. Renter beware!!
Description of Work: I had an event recently for which I needed a few items. I visited All Season Rent All and pointed out what I wished to rent and said I needed the items at least 4 hours prior to the event start time. The staff person made note of the request. When I initially placed the order about 3 weeks prior to the date needed, All Season Rent All said they could deliver the items the evening before the event for no extra charge. That would have been useful for me but not necessary. I called a few days before the event to confirm things and they asked what time the event started. I responded with the time that I needed them. They asked what time is the event. I said that is not important. What was important was the time I needed them. I told him when I planned to start the event. The staffer from All Season Rent-All said they are all set for the delivery.

+ 1 moreI have started to use Home Depot because their products are a little more reliable. The equipment form All Season does not last as long and could be repaired better. However, they are very nice, punctual, and understanding. If you do rent equipment they are also flexible with time.
Description of Work: I have used them for years to rent various types of equipment. I have rented things like landscaping equipment, generators, and party equipment.

+ -1 moreInquired via email and got a response immediately with information on price and availability. They asked me to call in to finalized the booking. I called and setup the final date and delivery. The cost included Saturday morning delivery, use on Sunday and pickup on Monday. They beat home depot by $50.00! In the end, I was very satisfied and will use them in the future for equipment rentals.
Description of Work: Rented a log splitter for the weekend.
