This company lets you have the bouncy house for the entire weekend which is great. Dropped off Friday morning and picked it up Monday morning. Customer service is absolutely terrible. We had a problem with the motor for the bouncy house on Sunday and it would not inflate. Had to call the company multiple times to get a response. When I did, the manager told me that he had run the pump for a few hours and it was fine. He chose not to believe me even though we had 20+ guests who can attest to the terrible sound the pump was making. He was extremely rude and asked, "What would you like me to do??" Again, the rental period is great. Just hope you do not have a problem as they could care less about their customers.

I have started to use Home Depot because their products are a little more reliable. The equipment form All Season does not last as long and could be repaired better. However, they are very nice, punctual, and understanding. If you do rent equipment they are also flexible with time.

Inquired via email and got a response immediately with information on price and availability. They asked me to call in to finalized the booking. I called and setup the final date and delivery. The cost included Saturday morning delivery, use on Sunday and pickup on Monday. They beat home depot by $50.00! In the end, I was very satisfied and will use them in the future for equipment rentals.
