Description of Work: My dryer stopped working. This gentleman responded immediately when I called. He repaired it on the same day it broke down. In the past, he evaluated a washing machine for me that was unfixable (too old and costly). He is honest and provided me with an accurate assessment. I will call him again the next time one of my appliances stops working.

+ 0 moreThe whole experience was much better than expected. I got Ace Appliance's information from the Fisher and Paykel website as one of a handful of local authorized Fand P repair providers. The first one I called could not come out for about a week. I called Ace and Joe called me back within 30 minutes and could be there that day. Joe was on time, professional and curtious. He knew the machine well, analyzed it and quickly diagnosed the problem. He estimated that the cost for parts would be pretty high and that I should probably consider replacing it entirely. I decided to repair it and Joe promptly ordered the parts, called me as soon as they were in and even offered to come on a Saturday. He completed the repair in less time than originally thought and at a lower cost than originally estimated.
