He didn't show when initially scheduled, and offered little or no apology. When they finally did come, they did such a shoddy job, I wish I had hired children from the Perkins School for the Blind. There are nails sticking out of the basement door covering so much so that it looks like a torture chamber. They slapped a piece of wood on the front window where the wood rot is but took no pains to make it blend in or fit properly. They left scores of dead nails in the backyard -- not great when you have small children. Or feet in general. When I contacted Mr. Blake to express my dissatisfaction with his work, his response was "What did you expect for $800?" He was rude, unprofessional and did a really poor job. Please before calling this guy, check and see if your grandma is available. I guarantee she'll do a better job.
