I WAS CALLED WHEN THE ORDER CAME IN. THE OWNER SAT DOWN WITH ME AND WENT OVER THE DIAGRAMS, AND SHOWED ME HOW TO PUT THE CURTAINS UP AND TOGETHER. HE HANDED ME ALL THE TOOLS I WOULD NEED. ALSO HE GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS, SAID TO CALL HIM.
