We spoke with Bill on Tuesday, August 27th and met with him the following evening, August 28th at our home. During the in-home meeting, Bill provided us with a checklist of documentation that we were required to submit for the successful refinance. In less than a week after submitting the paperwork, the appraisal was completed and we received a letter of approval.  Within three weeks of initially meeting with Bill, we closed on the refinance.  We did not have to do anything other than sign the paperwork.  Bill and his team worked with the closing attorney and our insurance company to ensure everything would go smoothly.  The closing attorney was terrific (Gregory V. Janian, Esq.) and extremely responsive to any questions we had.  On the day of the closing, the attorney met with us at our home to sign documents rather than having to travel to the attorney's office.  It was a seamless, stressless and straightforward process.
