New Dealership for Herb Chambers Lexus - got in fast - got stuff done - got car wash - good test drive experience -smaller and more 'real' dealership than the Sharon location - not as uppity, I guess - near by - I live on the South Shore - the service manager made it a point to come out to me and introduce himself (Tom, I believe). For any warranty service, I will have no problem using them - in fact I plan to have my lumbar support switch checked out in a couple to weeks....this is something I would not go to my normal service provider for......and even my service provider recommended that I use the Herb Chambers location rather than his - even though he could have submitted the service bill to Lexus (because of the warranty detail).
