It was literally horrible and shocking. The interaction started amazingly - truly, we were so impressed, and were ok paying more for the product because Paula seemed so great. She assured us she had the product locally vs needing to get it shipped here from out of state, as was the case with her competitors. This was the first lie, or, as she insists, point we were mistaken about. Once we got to the ordering, the lies and attitude really set in. We started with the surprise of needing to get the product from out of state, which added a delay to the project - resulting in the first reschedule of installation. 2 Days passed, and we were now at the first day she said it was likely to arrive. I called, and was told it was just shipping today. What? Then the second rescheduling of installation had to be made. Then the installer came to do another walk through, and stood by their original measurements, which Paula insisted were wrong, resulting in her order being insufficient. Guess what - third rescheduling and delay to our project. We were consistently mislead about what would happen when, and had to reschedule installation 3 times. To add insult to injury (literally), Paula repeatedly threw in little digs the whole time. I'm just so appalled that anyone could be as unprofessional, unclear, insulting and misleading in a customer service industry. I wish we never heard of her or her store. Such a shame - it could be great.
