ADVANCED MORTGAGE SVC LLC

This is mortgage broker who does not know the meaning of professionalism and courtesy and I highly question the financial stability of this broker as well. All was going well with my refinance until my broker quit Advanced and I had to deal with the owner, Brian Comer. They delayed my closing for reasons that Mr. Comer was not honest with me about. One the night of my closing, no attorney ever showed up or called me. I found out the next day that the attorney never received my paperwork and it was because Advanced delayed it, trying to secure a more profitable lender to sell my loan too. He lied to me and told there were insurance escrow problems when there were no issues. He also tried to tell me that I was not entitled to the rate they committed to me, which was also another lie. He didn't want to close my loan becase he wouldn't make any money from my refi. It took over two months to process my easy, straightforward mortgage. When I spoke to him over the phone, I was very upset, and instead of trying to calm me down and be honest with me, he started a verbal altercation with me. This man is dishonest and I would never recommend him or his company for any services. There are many other decent mortgage companies out there to use.
