Wow was I impressed. He did a thorough inspection, set up some mouse traps and sure enough the next day there was the culprit dead in the one of the traps he set up. I will certainly use Gerry for future service calls.

They use safe chemicals.  Two years ago I had ants that had come into the house and were all over inside so they were able to set little glue traps and they did treatment outside the house.  Within a day or two the ant problem was completely solved.  This fantastically amazed me.  Due to whatever treatment that they did on the outside of the house last year and this year I have not had any problem.  I did not need their service because they did such a wonderful job.  It was expensive.  My parents have a home close by and when they bought their house they had termites and they had termite annual inspection for 15 years now.  Due to my parents I have got to know this company really well.   They are very competent.  If there is any problem, you call them and they are there the same day or the next day.  So they prompt, they listen to what is going on, they pin point whatever the issue is, they go above and beyond with the service.  They will call and follow up and if the problem is not fixed they will come back and don’t charge extra to comeback and fix whatever is going on.  If they have to set bait boxes to catch mice they are very humane. We will continue to use them in the future.  We have not used them since because they did such a great job.  They are so well organized that the same technician comes out to your home so they get to know your home.  So if they notice that there might be a buildup of ants on your front step or whatever, when he comes back he can do more.  So they have got someone regionalized for each area which is very nice.
