Steve lives in the condominium community that we do and he has done various types of work for numerous residents. The list above is work he completed for me in one day at a fixed charge. His words were, "Give me a list and I will complete it." I supplied the product, he did ALL THE WORK. Great job in all areas. I also know that he completely gutted his 3 story condominium and updated EVERYTHING from cabinets to carpet before his wife and son moved in. Great attitude and vast knowledge. I will use him for ANY future projects I have.
Description of Work: Hung new, special (French Doors) closet doors in bedroom including the replacing of new frame and inside storage racking, changed faucet in lower bathroom, repaired kitchen faucet, changed thermostats throughout, replaced exterior building light. Set up and programed new HD Flat Screen TV in living room.
