Lukas and his team were excellent. We received several quotes - Lukas was competitive and the most straightforward. Rather than trying to sell us on the "features" of various components, he honestly assessed our house as a pretty standard roofing job. The job was completed over a day and a half within a week of signing the contract - one day for the carpentry work and half a day for the roof. Lukas was extremely responsive to one small change we asked for on the carpentry work. We emailed him at night and the change was already done by 8:30 the next morning. Highly recommended.

Great job by all the men involved. I’m tired of the waiting and not showing up. REI roofing was there when they said they would be and did a fantastic. They even went the extra mile to do things right at no extra cost! They are the best at what they do! And I would have them back in a moment. Unfortunately their repairs are so good I probably won’t see them for 20 to 30 years. That makes me sad.?

The work took some time to get started due to weather but once we got two clear week days everything moved along just fine. I helped as much as I could, mostly because I wanted to be involved but my abilities at 68YO aren't what they used to be. The crews didn't seem to mind my being around and were very cordial. There were some unanticipated additions to the original quote but they were accomplished easily enough.

It was time for us to replace our roof. After researching online and a local Facebook group we called a couple of contractors. We decided on Rei Roofing. Owner Lukas Rei was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded immediately with his quote (which was very reasonable). His crew, (also very professional) showed up at our house in the morning. Completely satisfied! REI delivered as promised and provided good advice at a fair price. We did encounter a slight delay due to weather but no fault of theirs. After signing off on the job I discovered an outside light had been broken and Lukas did not hesitate to reimbursement me in a timely manner for it. Definitely would recommend them!

Lukas and his team were WONDERFUL!! Lukas was extremely nice and professional. He was understanding of me asking him a thousand questions because of what had happened to me with the first contractor. My roof looks AMAZING now, it is finally done correctly and i dont have to worry about it leaking at all. The entire team was great, over the top nice, respectful, professional, just all around great guys!! Lukas and his team has restored the faith of good contractors for me! Rei Roofing had everything I look for in a contractor. Easy to work with, responsive, solid expertise with the insurance claim process, and showing up when they say they will. The work was professional and complete, and they left our property as neat as when they left it. Highly recommended.

Throughout the entire process, the REI team was highly responsive and always available by text and email. They understood my budget and stuck to their original estimates, with the only adjustments being those items uncovered during the claims process (and very well explained). Most importantly, the roof looks great and has already withstood a couple of high wind & heavy precipitation days without issue.

REI Roofing Company saved me the total cost for replacing my roof and to fully remediate the mold in the attic caused by the 2015 winter storms.  REI worked with my Insurance Company"s adjuster and mold inspector .  The Insurance Company agreed with REI Roofing as to what needed to be done. 

I had no idea  that my Insurance Company would cover the cost.  The job was done like clockwork, replacing plywood sheathing, asphalt shingles, all nsulation, and remediate rafters and gable ends of mold. 

All work was completed in one and a half day with workers who workked well together and cleaned up beautifully.  No other roofers who I had called in for an estimate even suggested that they would/could work with my Insurance Company for compensation.

Everything was quickly completed in a very professional manner. In addition, REI worked cooperatively with the company repointing our chimney to ensure a leak free chimney and roof! We would highly recommend REI Roofing for your projects.

REI Roofing did a great job on our entire house.  Luke helped us through the entire process of the ice dam damage.  We had to have our entire roof ripped off, mold remediated, dormer window repaired and new roof installed.  We also hired Luke to install our new siding, replace a window and garage door.  The crew removed the old siding, sealed the exterior and put the new siding on.  Luke and his crew were very professional and everything was completed on a timely manner.  When the jobs were finished, they made sure the yard was clean when they left.  Luke was so helpful and we really appreciate the work he did for us.  I would hire him again and recommend his work and professionalism.

I am very happy with the work REI did. Lukas and the crew were great to work with and did a wonderful job on a very old house. They were very professional, make sure that the house was weather tight every evening and on the couple of occasions that an unexpected shower showed up.
