The installers were very hard working. They did not do one of the corners correctly and part of this floor is a piece of raw wood which moves around and is a safety hazard. I have lung cancer and because o0f my current chemo and radiation sessions I'm having a hard time coordinating my health care with the installers

Richard did a great job in helping me out with the choice of carpet and scheduled a prompt installation, And Chris (installer) was prompt, courteous, and did a job!

Extremely well. The floor looks great. It took a day and a half worth the wait. The gentle men that did the installation were very professional and informative. Thank you guys.

His installers were very courteous and explained what they were doing so I didn’t feel out of the loop. My bathroom came out great and I’m glad I used R W Carpet & Flooring for this job.

Rich brought the carpet samples to us in a timely manner. Price for the upgrades was good. He was able to schedule the installers with a date that was timely as well. The installers arrived on time and performed good work in installing the carpet. We are happy with our new carpet.

Showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said.
Removed old carpet and padding and installed new carpet and padding.
Cleaned up after they left and did a great job.
I would use them again.

Richard is a laid back guy. When we spoke to arrange our meeting, before getting my name or any details...he asked if I wanted berber or plush. If I didn't have a background in interior design...I might have said "I need to see both". I think a willingness to educate your customers is important. At any rate, I resisted that urge because hey, I'm getting wall to wall carpet installed for $800. For our appointment, he arrived in what appeared to be his personal car which was stocked with cut samples and boards of carpet (some he pulled from garbage bags and others just loose). Richard was patient while I texted images to my husband for agreement. I selected and then we got into the measuring of the space. The room is 456 sq/ft if you don't account for the cutout the stairs make into the room (so technically the room is 412 sq/ft). Anyhoo, we agreed to a price for the additional sq/ft and a date for installation. Richard said that he would call to confirm our date and time. He didn't. So I called him. At which point, he wanted to shift my appointment to another day. I explained that we agreed to a particular date and that I needed to stick to that date. He said that he'd stick with it and call me back with the exact time (either 11am or even earlier). He didn't call. So I called again. He agreed to 11am. 
The installer arrived early, got to work and was fantastic. He did a wonderful job. Was very attentive, personable and finished by vacuuming the space throughly. 
If you go into this Deal with the understanding that you're getting wall to wall for a steal...you'll be very pleased with the outcome. They are a bit rusty on the front end customer service but their work is great.

Enquired on phone which color I wanted. Came to installation with a very cheap blue carpet material. did not have any other go since money is already paid and I cant change. installation was poor. all nails were coming  into the feet ; called two times, but no response. Planning to get another contractor - not from angies list.; to replace the carpet and get better one.

We purchased this offer because it was a great price. We couldn't use it right away because we were in the middle or renovating the house. When it came time to use the deal the provider came out and wanted to charge us a lot more to do the install. He really just seemed like he wasn't interested in doing the job anymore.

I came home from work and inspected the installation. I was greatly disappointed and very upset. I called the owner and within an hour they came out and fixed what I was disappointed with. It would have been nice to not have to call them back and spend the time on this but they fixed the problems.

Everything went great and I would highly recommend RW Carpet and Flooring. Richard was prompt in getting back to me after purchasing the Angie's list deal. He made a quick appointment to come out to see the space and measure, and although he needed to re-schedule he called in advance to let me know. He accommodated my need to schedule for a Saturday morning and was flexible. Although the carpet/color choices were limited for the deal (something I wish had been a bit more explicit in the fine print) we ended up finding one that worked perfectly for this space. There was a small upcharge for it above the deal price, but he was very transparent and up front about everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. His installers came a little late to the appointment, but once again were very professional about calling in advance to let me know. Once they arrived they worked hard and were very professional. It's been almost a week now and we love the new carpet and have noticed no problems with the quality or installation. It was overall a very good experience.

Came as promised, measured, and installed for price quoted.  Communication was good.  Satisfied with quality of carpet and installation.  No complaints.
