POWERS CONSTRUCTION

We were very, very, very pleased with Powers from start to finish. They were the only company that during the bid/estimate phase actually got up on the roof (!) and did a close inspection of the scope of the work (including three-dimensional drawings and measurements). They were the only company that actually sat down with us and walked us through the process, start to finish and worked with us to choose an appropriate roof tile and color and, when we then had some "doubts" about the color we had chosen, actually came back out with samples and got up on the roof to show us what each would look like. The work itself was handled beautifully. As promised, they took exceptional care with plantings and with clean-up at the end of each work day. The crew was on time, efficient, polite and responsive to questions we had. Jose (the owner) and Don (the project manager) were both exceptional in terms of listening, responding and even making suggestions about ways to approach things. Lisa (the office manager) kept us informed about dates and times and followed up with us after the new roof was installed. All-in-all, Powers is a really terrific example of what it means to be "customer-focused". Although we sure hope we don't have to have a new roof again any time soon, we would strongly recommend Powers without any reservations to anyone who does need that service.
