+ -1 moreHe neglected to seal the drain. When the toilet flushed, the waste went directly into the kitchen. The week before we had a sink leak from work that he did. We were willing to give him another chance, but absolutely would not use him again. It cost us $20,000 in damages that we had to file with insurance. That included hiring envirnmental people to properly clean the contaminated area. We had to replace kitchen cabinets and repaired/replaced a lot of water damaged items and surfaces.
Description of Work: He installed a new toilet. He was paid half of the job, as that was in the contract in the beginning.
