As for price:  Although the company profile on Angie's List lists a 10% senior discount, you won't get it unless you ASK for it in the initial conversation.  I didn't see his listing on AL until after the work started, so Ken Nicolan tells me that I'm out of luck to the tune of $75.00.  We are clearly senior citizens and obviously qualify, but, alas, the burden is on the customer.  As for professionalism, one of the workers wore no shirt and two workers were smoking in my front yard.  The workers gave no notice before using the circular saw that blew all kinds of dirt and grit in through the open windows (twice).  After they stopped using that tool, I asked if it was OK to open the house up again and was told it was.  However, a short while later, they started grinding away, creating a second mess.  Another of the workers used the toilet, left the seat up and didn't bother to flush.  As for the work itself, the sealer was applied unevenly, leaving bare spots here and there; a second crew came back and resealed the steps.
