I was having trouble with the garage door when it is going up and down and the guy who came out made sure that it was running smoothly. The same guy comes every time. We have had a lot of trouble with our door and every time he comes, he does a great job. He really knows what he is doing and he is very personable. That is why we keep using the company. They are fairly expensive but their responsiveness is very good.
