It went great!! Came out beautifully.

DO NOT HIRE. This was the most horrible experience we've had with all our contractors. Jim over books his jobs so he has to shuffle his sub contractors around from job to job, so you don't get the attention needed. Our small bathroom should've taken a week to renovate, but took over 30 days. Most of the wasted time was waiting for the contractors to show up to do the work, but most of the time they would not even show up, so many excuses and excuses of why they didn't show up as promised. He gutted our bathroom really quickly, then over the next few weeks, no work would be done, so we were stuck in a horrible position with no bathroom, but then all of his material and equipment in our space, so our other contractors had to work around the mess and scheduling conflicts,

It went terribly. They made some design "edits" without consulting us that then then had to re-do, and they were frustrated with us for that though it was their own doing. They were very late finishing the project (despite us openly questioning their timing from the outset), which was extremely stressful since we didn't have another bathroom to use. And now, over a year later, we're dealing with the ramifications of a terrible plumbing job: they built the floor tile up way too high and had to use several wax rings to seal the toilet, which ultimately didn't work. They also used bolts that were cheap and too short. So now we have a serious leak issue that has created mold in the 2nd and 1st floor bathrooms.

At the point it is now February,4,2014 and we are still unable to use our bathroom. There have been many issues along the way of this remodel project. There are at least five different items the company has not honored that is in our contract with them.



-They never pulled permits even when they stated they did.

-They were suppose to install two marble shelves they only installed one.

-They were suppose to supply and install a grab bar in the shower for safety they did not.

-The tiles they first brought were damaged. I had to have them bring new tiles they didn't bring enough and when they ran out they used what they called a designer tile and placed in on the ends to fill up the space that is not what we agreed on or wanted.





During demolition they damaged walls that never needed to be touched. They damaged our sink they removed the radiator and when placing it back in place instead of adding a extension pipe they pushed the radiator in it's old place and broke the tiles around it. They never covered the drain during demo and now our septic tank has cement dust in it. They also broke a cement bag in the bathroom and hung the bag over the window spilling cement onto our deck and have not yet done anything to fix our deck. Also there is a piece of scrap wood on the floor on the bathroom painted like tile. These are just a few issues that have occurred since this project has been started.



I am not satisfied with the work. I would not recommend using this company





*** Update***

The inspection department of the city brought violation codes and there are 8 violations against them.

UPDATE: I filed a complaint against this company with the consumer affairs & business regulations. They were found in violation of several of the states home improvement contractors act for deceptive business practices and fined. Unfortunately they told me they do not oversee the horrible work that was done and I now have to file complaint with another state agency. It is certainly stacked against the homeowner, even when they are found guilty they are rewarded by the state because the fines are hundreds of dolllars less than if they obeyed the laws and got the required permits.
