Very well. Work was performed in a professional manner, on time, reasonably priced and the technician fixed the problem.

Mike came on time within 2 days of call. He worked on the machine for 45+ minutes and then gave me the breakdown. Price to fix with parts and labor. For about $100 more, we could get a brand new dryer. Went that route. Went to his store that week and so 1 week later we had a new dryer up and running. No charge for the time spent on dryer earlier that week. We use Stan's for all our kitchen repairs - Very good!

I have a front load washer that was making an awful noise in the spin cycle. I made a service appointment. The provider came to the house and knew right away the washer was a lost cause. He checked the prices of all the parts he would need to fix it and we determined it would be more expensive to fix it than to buy a new one. We had owned the washer for 10 years. We discussed the merits of washers, what would suit our needs going forward. When we entered the kitchen he noticed the stove, which we had just purchased, was pushed away from the wall. We had just had an electrical repair and had not put it back in place. He went out to his van, got plastic runners, put the stove back in place and made sure the stove was level. He was not going to charge me for the service but I insisted on something. Great service, honest and knowledgeable.

He arrived on time, knew what was wrong, confirmed it and told me he had to order the part. Is was summer and very warm out, and my freezer was not working that well. He bumped me up in the service line to when the part came in. He returned as soon as it did and replaced the part promptly. Mike is a wonderful repairman.
