I had Ed come out and give me a quote for some work to be done in my bathroom. He was to hand bead board and fix a rotted door frame. He came for the quote when he said he would that is about it. After his visit it took me weeks of leaving messages before he responded after I had left a message that said please call and let me know one way or the other if you want the job or not. Ed called and said yes he wanted the job, So we set up Monday July 22,2013.I went out and bought all the supplies spent hundreds of dollars and Monday came I called in the morning for an approximate time they would be coming as I had to run out to do an errand and I wanted to be here for when they came. Well today is wed July 24 I have left many messages, and an email there has been no contact and they never showed up. If they were busy they should have had the courtesy to call I stayed home all day the last 2 days hoping they would come. No such luck. I wanted the work done this week because I have family flying in from florida and need the extra bathroom. What am I left with an unusable bathroom with supplies in the middle of the floor and no hope of finding anyone on this short notice. It was over a month between when he gave me the quote and when I actually spoke to him again. I do not know why this company is so highly recommended when they do business like this!!

I had them replace tiles in the bathroom floor and fix rotten fence. Their work is fabulous. They are very meticulous. They really do excellent work. The workers are good. The only complaint I have with them is that whenever I have asked them to come out to give a quote, they never got back to me, which was very disappointing because I wanted them to come and do the work. But when they agree to come and do the work they come and do a great job. I would use them in the future.
