Bill Morin Consruction has done every major renovation & repair job to our home for the past 9 years. He did a full kitchen remodel in 2001, which is still in beautiful condition. He replaced all the windows, added on a large extension (which included an office, master bath & enlarged dining room), replaced the roof, renovated a basement, upgraded the electrical system, & retro-fitted central air conditioning to our 1949 home. BMC also installed a huge, zero-maintenance deck, built a cut-through to the garage, improved the overall insulation in the house, and installed recessed lighting. All of the general work was performed by him or his small team of careful and professional staff, or his sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing & a/c). His finish carpenter, who also did beautiful tile work, & painter are both extremely meticulous in their work, & creative in solving problems inherent in modeling older homes. Bill is a pleasure to work with, and very responsive eventhough he lives quite a distance away. His pricing is always fair & clearly explained, and he understands how to work with people's budgets. He has also worked well with our architect for complex projects. Our projecs with BMC have ranged in price from $5k to over $100k. I highly recommend working with Bill Morin--his high quality work is fairly priced, and he is a great person to work with.
