Have used Trillium several times over the past few years for a variety of tree work.  They have done crane work, bucket truck work, stump grinding, and brush removal for us.  They have always done a great job and left the yard cleaner than when they got there.  Quotes generally come in towards the lower end of the price range, and they have always stuck to their quotes.  We will definitely continue to use them.

The Trillium crew showed up right when they said they would, and did fantastic work.  
To my untrained eye they did a very safe and careful job of taking down the trees section by section.  They also chipped the brush near the trees and hauled away all the cut wood.  They laid plywood on the lawn so the trucks had minimal impact on the grass.
They were efficient and professional and we would certainly both recommend them and will use them again ourselves.

The tree removal was on-time and done well.  They had left the stumps for later with the promise of getting to them which was our issue.  
Before Trillium had our businessl, calls were quickly returned and they followed up with any question.  After the check was cashed, our phone calls were not returned with one e-mail response saying they were too busy, eventually leaving us to call someone else to finish up the mess.  We would have been fine waiting a good amount of time to have the stumps removed and cleaned up but the problem was the unreturned phone calls, e-mails and not even giving us the courtesy of settling on a date of any kind.  Ultimately, we felt the trees were removed as promised but they didn't have any time for us or settling on a date to finish the job after they had the full payment for the tree removal cashed.
