Brought computer in as it was totally dead (did not turn on at all).  Dropped it off and Brian diagnosed and replaced the power supply for me and called me back in 2 hours.  Great, quick service.

Very smooth.  I dropped off the computer on a Thursday (I already knew what the problem was, but needed to have it repaired by someone else so I could get warranty coverage).  I was first told that they might have the power supply in stock.  I got a call a couple of hours later to say they didn't, had ordered it, and it would be 3-5 business days for it to come in.  I was pleasurably surprised to get a call on Monday morning to say the computer was now fixed.  I picked it up Tuesday morning and it's running fine.

Previous company had computer 3 weeks and gave it back to me in their words "jerry rigged". I dropped this off with Brian around 10 am he said he would call the next day. By 5 PM I had a call that everything was done and I called to set up time to pick up. He explained exactly what he had done which was exactly what I wanted. I received a follow up email several weeks later to see if everything was still going well and if I was having any issues.
Brian is on the second floor so if you have a desktop make sure if you aren't able to carry it up a flight of stairs you bring the muscle which is what I did!

This was my second experience with provider. Both times I was impressed. During the first visit, the laptop would not boot up and the provider found out that it was a minor repair and only charged $39. It seemed ok but then the next day the problem recurred, and he investigated further and found that something was missed so he fixed it right away at no charge. During the second visit, he again fixed the second problem right away. Both times, the laptop had been dropped off and fixed within 24 hours. I haven't had such positive experiences with any other computer service providers who usually want to charge a high fee just to diagnose and usually take more than a week to fix.
