Professional.  Contacted Lexus headquarters for one of the repairs that was covered by Lexus.  Waterpump was cracked, and since the engine was already open, no labor charge, just charge for the pump.  They gave me a loaner.  Finished the service Thursday evening, but I couldn't get there til Saturday that week, and they didn't complain.

Appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am on Saturday morning. The Service Advisor, Jerry, took the car early. He was extremely polite, professional and thorough. He noticed a few scratches on the front bumper and offered to have them buffed out/touched up, all free of charge. The service, along with the wash/buff took a little over an hour and the car looks and rides great. Overall, Lexus of Northborough did an outstanding job and although I purchased the car at another area Lexus dealer, I will definitely be bringing it back to Northborough for service.

I've owned my LS430 since 2004 and all of the service done on it until I moved was performed by Lexus of Northboro. Any car that gets to a 100K needs periodic servicing, some relatively inexpensive, some expensive, but I've always been extremely pleased with the explanations I received about why work was needed and even more importantly about the quality of the maintenance done. Also, their service department is open on Sundays which makes them extremely convenient. While my last service was inexpensive, the average cost of service over the 7+ years that I've owned the car has also been reasonable and well within the limits of what I expected to pay to maintain the car when I bought it.

I'd rather go to a dentist than go here. I never know what to expect. I've had to bring it in three times since I have owned the car. The sensor continues to fail when I bring it back to the dealer. I always get charged for it. I can't stand dealers. I am looking for a place that will service a Lexus. It is never a pleasant experience when I go to a dealership. They will give you cookies, coffee and wash your car for you. Then they will shove it up your *expletive* for six or seven hundred dollars. It has been total negativity here. I never have a positive experience. They treat you well until you get the bill.

They seem excellent. The work was efficiently done and they left the vehicle clean. They washed the vehicle and vacuumed it out. This is a brand new car, so it didn t need much service but we will see what happens down the road.
