Steve and his crew were great. Our old gas furnace finally died after 30 years and of course it died on a cold weekend. I called Ideal on Sunday and they got back to me quickly. Steve and his team showed up and had a new boiler delivered by mid day Monday and had it fully installed and the heat running by early Tuesday. They worked quickly, were very professional and kept a neat work area. The new furnace is great, very high quality and installed in a way that made more room in our boiler room. Overall, I am thrilled with the work Ideal did and would highly recommend them to anyone. Our house is nice and warm, just in time for an arctic blast.
