We're very happy with this carpet purchase.  The showroom had a very wide selection; we took home several boards of sample carpet to check out.  The one we ended up choosing is a very good quality that looks and feels terrific..  The installation was done by Bruce & Derek, who were very professional and did an excellent job.  They even cut to size a piece of the old carpet for us to re-use in another room.  They did a great cleanup job when they were done, including a thorough vacuuming -- and there were no little yarn scraps left over around the edges of the carpet, like we have had before with other installations.
We could have paid less by going to either a big-box hardware store or one of those "next-day-installation second-room-free" places, but after reading a lot of reviews from unhappy customers about those types of places, we decided to go for the local experts instead, and we're happy that we did.

I have used them for 20 years. I love their staff. It's a family owned business and they do a great job. They are very dependable and professional. I trust them enough to leave them alone in my house if I need to.

They did a wonderful job. I usually use them every six months. I spent $400-$600 the last time they came out, which I thought was average. I did not think they were overpriced. I do not remember them to be wearing booties. However, they did a clean job. I am sure they do not move the big furniture, but they do move the couch and other pieces of furniture. When they do move the furniture, they put something underneath them in order to clean the carpets. I would use them again in the future.
