I had the work done 8 years ago, and recently had a leak. I called them to see if they could help determine where it was coming from. He came out 2 or 3 times to help troubleshoot the problem, and together we figured out and never sent me a bill. This shows me he stands behind the work. He has been very responsive and quick to take my calls.

Brad did a FABULOUS job on the stair. It is solid and beautiful and would have cost us hundreds to replace. He was so unbelievably flexible about doing the work--we needed to have it done the day we closed on the house because the floor people were coming to sand the next day. He made it work for us and was professional and cheerful.
