We have used them in the past and this time we had a few issues, but they came back and took care of everything! Ivan and his coworker were not only on time as scheduled, friendly, courteous, exceptionally neat, protected my gardens around the houseand addressed all concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely hire them in the future to also do other services that they offer.

Crew is dedicated, works hard, and the extra carpentry work was well done. We had some minor issues (wrong paint color, etc.) however the owner was responsive to all issues and we are quite pleased with the end result.

I hired Aurora to power wash, scrape and paint the exterior of my house. At the start of the project, I also decided to have them replace some siding and window framing. I initially hired Aurora because their price was the lowest of several competing bids, and I hoped that they would do a fair to good job. What I received was far beyond my expectations. The crew was on time and hard at work each morning, and they often worked well into the evening. They did an excellent job with both the siding and painting, and now my house looks brand new again. I can't say enough about them. I received quality, professional service and great value for the money I spent. I would hire them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exterior painting and repairs.

They did a nice job, good attention to detail. The paint store provided the wrong trim color and Aurora repainted all the trim at no additional cost. Very fair and reasonable, and very much appreciated.

They were on time daily. They were here to work. The attention to detail was impeccable. They always cleaned up at days end. I am trying to think of something to complain about and I am getting a blank.Even the price was the best of 4 quotes.

We hired Aurora to paint the exterior of our home. I met with Mark in Feb to get a quote for the summer. We were very comfortable talking to him and he understood what we wanted. When the crew came to paint, it was a hard process. No one on site for the first few days spoke English, so communication was difficult. When the project manager got on site it was a little better. We expected them to clean up after each day more than they did. We had them remove the shutters and gutters as well as some residual hardware that was on the house. This stuff stayed in the yard for the length of the project even though we had a Bagster in the driveway specifically for this project. I ended up moving all of this stuff to the bin as we were going away for the weekend and I wasn't sure when the crew was coming back. We are pleased with the job they have done, but I would caution anyone hiring them to get more clarification as to who will be on site and that they understand what your expectations are. These issues were all items that were specified on the quote, so it was a little frustrating that the crew didn't seem to know what was expected of them.

My house was certainly in need of a make over. Aurora came out when it was convenient for me, provided a detailed quote and there was no forceful sales approach. Once I was ready, I emailed Alexi and he had his team out that week. The crew worked all day and completed the job in just two days. The house looks great! Very clean paint job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking.

We hired Aurora this summer to replace trim and window casings on the front of our house as well as paint the body of the front of the house and paint the trim on three sides of the house. The crew worked hard, were friendly and responsive when I asked them to change something. Their painting was well done. Clean lines and no drips. They cleaned up after themselves. The only issue i had is sometimes there was a bit of a language barrier, which made it a difficult to communicate with the crew. The price was a little high but not unreasonable. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would hire them again.

Extremely satisfied with the painting results by Aurora Painting. They first power washed my home, then sanded all the shingles. A primer was put on before the final painting. My house looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Aurora Painting for all your painting needs.

I felt that my home exterior was a disaster. Marc came out and assured me that it was not and that we would be very happy with the results. He carefully went over the house and gave a detailed estimate on the repairs that were needed. I got two other estimates but felt that Aurora would be the right fit for us. We were not disappointed. From beginning to end the attention to detail and customer satisfaction was first rate. The crews were always smiling and friendly answering all of our questions and concerns. The exterior of my home looks new. We are beyond happy!!!!!

We had a topnotch experience with Aurora regarding our exterior paint job. The quote was the lowest we received and Marc provided the perfect amount of communication. Everyone was very nice, the quality of the work was great and done quickly. Definitely recommend!

The painters were very efficient however there were some places that they did not pay attention to detail (which is why I did not give them 5 stars). The project went according to schedule and there were no issues. Marc provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. The lead painter was extremely hard working and made sure we were happy with the work they provided. Their price was very reasonable. We have gotten many compliments on our house since it has been painted.

Very hard workers, fast good work and repairs were excellent. Cleaned up all the mess from the work, we are very pleased with the results, our house looks amazing.

Probably the best paint job this house has had in the 37 yrs. we have lived here. We went with Aurora for several reasons. We were looking for a contractor who could also include carpentry They also had the most comprehensive prep work. The proposal itemized every aspect of the job and included possible contingencies with an up front price for those contingencies. The crew that worked on the house were professional , efficient and obviously experienced. No one smoked, there were no radios blaring , and they cleaned up daily. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Aurora
