"Customer brought only two rugs for washing 10'x4'.6" & 4'.4"x2'.2" she bought only one rug pad for small rug .We charge $3.00 per sq ft for washing. We hand wash & scrub all our rugs, we don't give discount for washing as their is a lot of labor involved.If she was not happy we would have washed her rugs again for free as we take pride in are services and have hundreds of satisfied customers in the valley. Her bill was not $500.00 as she mentioned she paid $190.18. I am sorry Lesley was not happy. Tahir"
