Victor was very professional and great to deal. He brought samples of the material they use, explained their process, prices and warranty in detail. He returned to discuss additional questions and even did better on the price. While Yankee was not the lowest quote we got, they were competitive and took the time to answer all of our questions and had actual samples of the siding they use. I will update this review when we have the actual work done with pictures. So far we are very comfortable with them.

work went well, and follow up was immediate, only complaint is that the holders that keep the vinyl covers over the screens continue to fall off, and they never came back to replace them.

They did a very good work. They were excellent too. I was at work when they came here but my husband was here and he told me that we have some small space but the people that worked was able to get in and out of that space. They have been wonderful.

I would not recommend Yankee. They have had to come back for repairs on two separate occasions, once to install vents that were omitted from the original installation and to fix incorrect installation of roofing materials. They came out a third time to assess an issue but never came back to make the repairs that they said they would. I believe they have been plagued by taking on more than they can handle. Each time they have come it is with a new crew although they state that they do not use subcontractors. It generally takes escalation to the owner or management to get matters dealt with.

It was good. The price seemed reasonable for the work they did. They did a fine job in adverse circumstances because it was February. They still have to follow up on something and I was going to call them this week and remind them. They have a couple of things they still have to do.

The worker that they had, they only had two, were good workers. They were very friendly and professional. They were hard workers. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints.

We just had (7) replacement windows and (1) patio door installed by Yankee Home Improvement.
First the replace windows Yankee sells are manufacturer by OKNA, what a will design and good looking window.
The two workers that came install the windows and patio door completed their work in one day. They worked as a team and installed each window with no issues. Real craftsmanship in their work. In today's world sometimes this is hard to come by. When completed they did nice job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Yankee Home Improvement to everyone. From the sales person to the installers they were outstanding. No issues what so ever.

of the 4 people who started the job, no one spoke english. i could write a book about this job gone wrong. i'm willing to take this matter to anyone who's think about this using this contractor, to come to my home and see for yourself their workmantship. i can also explain the many issue that i have, and still have.

Spent a lot of time with us going through different options. Required a down payment to secure the bid and a second to begin production. Since the secone payment (5/8/13), we have not heard from them. Cannot comment on quality as they have not delivered or built anything up to this point. Just waiting for the manufacturing part to be completed.

They were fantastic. They were clean, neat, tidy, and picked up every piece of debris there was from the old gutters. The new gutters look great and are the kind that keep leaves out and prevent ice jams. They charged a fair price. They did a great job and made sure everything fit together properly. The new gutters look wonderful and added value to my house.

When installing the system we had to replace a small piece of fascia so the gutter protection system can function correctly and have its life time warrantee.
