They always do a comprehensive job. They do other things that need to get done at the same time. It was free. I bought my car from Toyota so they provide free scheduled checkups for two years. They have a quick turn-around, but I just leave my car there and they drive me to work and pick me up at the end of the day. They are reliable. They are quick. Their cost is reasonable and they can always find an answer if you are wondering part of the service.

I would like to report on my experience at Lia Toyota of Northampton.
On Wednesday, April 1st, I went to the dealership and test drove a blue, 2011 Toyota Rav4. I liked the vehicle, and sat down with the salesman to get the price and other details. As there were no posted prices on the used cars (first warning sign), he went to the sales manager for a price. He returned with a price of $18,675, which I later found out was the NADA price. I did not buy the vehicle then, and went home to do some research.
I was stunned when I went to the dealer's own website, and saw that vehicle advertised for $16,000. Yes, I am positive that it was the same vehicle, as all the information matched, including color, mileage, features, etc. It was also the only blue 2011 on the lot.
Illegal? Probably not. But certainly not honorable or a decent way to treat a customer.
I am very glad I did not buy the vehicle, and will never shop there again.

I had a unique situation. I had gone there earlier to request a quote on replacement tires on Tax-Free Weekend and they said I didn't really need any that I could go another 5k miles. I had maintenance scheduled due to a long trip coming up a week later, and I figured, why not just change tires in what could be another 6 months - they are expensive after all.
The next week I had maintenance done and they actually said I needed tires that it wasn't worth rotating them because they were on their way out. I was infuriated. However, the guys there assured me they would take into account a tax-free worth discount + more! What was originally a 6.25% discount due to tax-free weekend turned into about 8%!
They were professional, apologized and got me new tires with great warranty. The people here are generally nice anyway...
Thanks Toyota.

Auto Sales
Despite the fact that we had to sell one car in order to buy this next one, Lia remained flexible and cooperative in giving us sufficient time to get everything together. The sales rep (Phil) called continuously to see how we were doing in our efforts to sell the and quot;oldand quot; car, and was willing to set the date for the and quot;newand quot; car pickup several days in the future to accommodate us. The staff there (Rahb, Darren) were easy to work with, and very pleasant all 'round.
