Andrea went well above and beyond what is expected. There were some issues with the selling house that she negotiated in trade for some accessories. There was an alarm system issue and she arranged for an electrician to correct these at fair market price and in a very short time frame. She also had a contact at the fire department and arranged for a very special short term inspection. Her resources and contacts are excellent. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying in the western Mass real estate market.
