Description of Work: We were so pleased with the renovations Keiter Builders performed for our kitchen, three bathrooms and exercise room that we hired them again to turn our attic space into an office area with a large dormer and two over-sized skylights. Scott Keiter's staff of carpenters as well as HVAC, electrical, insulation, wall board, window and flooring contractors have been completing the work as quickly as is feasible, while maintaining extremely high quality standards. We are extremely pleased with the progress being made.

Description of Work: Scott Keiter of Keiter Builders Inc. served as our general contractor for an extensive and complicated two bathroom and one kitchen renovation. He also oversaw the construction of a new bathroom and a large exercise room on the basement level. Most of the work was completed within 6-7 weeks while we were still living in our former residence. This was despite my adding numerous change orders to the project. Scott gathered together the best area professionals for electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, wood flooring installation, tiling, granite installation, painting, custom cabinetry and carpentry. He stayed on top of the many aspects of the various projects, so that they proceeded in a very organized and timely manner. If he didn't like the work a contractor produced, he did not hesitate to demand it be redone. He was at the house nearly every day for hours at a time ensuring that tasks were completed to thhighest standards. I found his pricing was fair for this type of detailed work. He was extremely conscientious and very easy to work with - contributing good ideas and turning mine into realty. I would recommend Scott Keiter Builders Inc. to oversee and manage any project you have in mind from floor refinishing, tile work, carpentry, painting, plumbing to renovating your kitchen or bathrooms. Both my husband and I are immensely pleased with the results of his broad knowledge and his tireless work ethic. We will definitely use his services again in the future.

Description of Work: Not just siding our big house! He put in a big picture window, a bunch of other windows, repaired rot, blasted away our cement steps and build beautiful new front steps for us.
