We had a clogged bathroom sink drain that would not respond to our home remedy efforts. We called Bill and he came the next day. He tried to unclog the drain but the pipe was too old to safely unclog it without risking putting a hole in it, so he went out and bought a new piece, installed it and was on his way in about an hour and a half. We have a drain that works like a charm. We have used Bill several times before over the past 17 years. He is personable, knowledgable, responsive and fair. He is a great plumber and a very nice guy. We have recommended him to a number of friends who have all been very pleased with him.

Visited once to estimate job -- returned promptly and finished in one morning. This was in our rental apartment and tenants were very pleased.

He had a mixed record of sometimes being good about getting back right away and taking care of something right away and other times he didn't get back to us at all. When it came time to have the heating element put back in after the bathroom work was done he never responded so we ended up having to find someone else to do that.
